Leon and I present to you our little slice of inner city heaven. A newly refurbished lower level apartment so close to town you can almost smell the coffee.The dwelling itself is located under our family home and has seperate access and all the amenities you need.The most perfect spot for business travellers, with only being a few minutes walk to central Napier or we have plenty of off-street secure parking.The modern minimalistic space offers stunning city and sea views and is highly sort after An absolute key feature of this space is the amazing sunrises over the ocean which is worth waking up for. We also offer a space on our front lawn for you to soak up the city atmosphere while enjoying an afternoon vino and cheese platter. Our guests rave about the location, a simple walk down the steps (or take the long way down Shakespeare Road) and you arrive into bustling Napier City. I have compiled a great list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Napier, whatever your interests you will find the best of the best. Our place is one bedroom only but we do have a single foam mattress that we can place in the lounge if you have a third person/child. We are super family friendly and love guests who stay with their children. Our kids love to interact and play with our guests kids so it’s a win win! Please note, the air bnb is under our family home. So if you are wanting a quiet or private stay, this place may not suit you. We do our best to keep our children as quiet as possible. We also have another Air BnB down the road if you find this space is not available or doesn’t provide everything you are looking for. Garden and grass area that guests can enjoy, imagine cheese and crackers with a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful sea and Napier town view I am usually home to welcome our guests but if not, we do have a lock box onsite. The location is prime, only a minutes walk down to Napier town where you have a selection of restaurants, cafes, museums, walking tracks, beach and hot pools. Bus to Ahuriri at the bottom of the hill, walking tracks on Marine Parade within a minutes walk and we have room for one car park in our driveway. The apartment is located under our family home, we have two children 9yr & 6yr old who at times can be lots of loud fun. If you are seeking something super private and quiet, this space may not be for you. We will endeavour to keep the kids as quiet as possible but you may hear family activity. If booking for three people, please note the third person will be staying on a foam mattress in the lounge. Also, please note we only offer Internet TV (Netflix, TVNZ On Demand/YouTube). On bad weather events, the internet can be intermittent.
