Welcome to your Shared Cozy Home in the heart of Beirut! It is perfectly situated in Geitawi, a new building right in front of the Hawi public garden. The region has become a hub for foreigners since it is situated near the liveliest regions in Beirut (Saifi village, Zaitunay Bay, Downtown district, Verdun, the most prestigious mall in Achrafieh and Mar Mikhael) that's home to the trendiest bars, restaurants and art galleries around. Your Pharmacy, dry cleaning and mini-market R one block away! The apartment is situated on the 5th floor. The building includes an elevator. As for the apartment itself, you're welcome to make the most of the following: The bedroom with a queen size bed (includes bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases) A fully equipped kitchen (with an electric kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, plates and glasses) - A Comfortable bathroom -Wi-fi (username and password are on the bottom of the router) - ACs in the bedrooms and living room - A relaxing all glassed balcony with TV and cable, Perfect for your morning coffee! The Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and the Glassed Balcony. I am in contact with a couple of tour guides that would be available to take you on tours of Lebanon's touristic destinations. Whether you've got any questions about the apartment, or you're just looking for a dinner/bar recommendation, feel free to contact me at any point during your stay! You will be sharing the apartment with a very friendly women that would be glad to give you any info you might need during your stay. If this is your first time in Beirut, then you've come to the right place! Geitawi is a residential area bordering the trendiest areas filled with the trendiest bars, restaurants and art galleries, as well as shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs & dry-cleaners. It is also a hub for foreigners and all-around friendly people. Walk around or step inside any shop and you're sure to meet a smiling face! The best thing is, you'll be a short walk away from Beirut's essential regions like Mar Mikhael, Gemmayzeh, Achrafieh and Downtown . Public buses, taxis and Uber are available. But if you ask me, walking around the city and taking in the sights and sounds is as good as it gets! While the building generator has got the apartment covered during Lebanon's daily 3h power outage, please note that the electricity will be weaker during this time - The apartment is non-smoking, but you're welcome to use the balcony. - For the neighbors' sake, please no loud music or heavy partying. - Please turn off the hot water once you're done using it. - Unfortunately, pets are a no-no. - Please don't throw toilet paper in the toilet Basically, treat this apartment as if it were your own and try to make the most of your stay in Beirut.
