So we take care of it and have put the amenities you would expect to find in developed countries. The apartment also has a personnel staff that comes 6 days a week (can be less if requested) to clean apartment and change towels, bed sheets as needed. This person can also cook for guests but this is at an extra charge to be agreed with him/her. Entire place, plus balcony, rooftop swimming pool and gym! In addition to the staff worker (as needed), we have a dedicated local contact who will be available to welcome you, give you the keys, show you the place and answer any questions. Host is also available by messaging but timezone difference may delay response. Guest can also get around town in taxis although they are not the best long term transportation options for Dakar. Electricity usage is an extra cost. APT has PRE-PAID ELECTRICITY. An initial credit that should last ~4-5 days is included at check-in. Guest is responsible for PURCHASING ADDITIONAL CREDIT for their own consumption and REPLENISHING the account to the original balance upon check-out. Typical usage is 25kwh ($5) per day but actual usage depends on consumption. Staff can help with recharging on behalf of Guest.
