New Renovention home very clean. If you love to have your own space like your own home, quiet area, peaceful, clean and private room this is for you. We are located in a country side with 2.5 acre land, but near big road. We have spacious area with plenty of space to enjoy a glass of wine in a big backyard with patios. Our home can easily accommodate couples, friends, families, group of tourists, business travelers, work travelers, and solo adventures. Also, big space for private parking for who have big trucks, or companies work need big space for parking. We are only 36.8 miles or 45 minutes away to Sequoias National Park and Kings Canyons. It's only 2.5 miles or 10 minutes away to Visalia downtown, restaurants, and nightlife. When you arrive to the property please use the front main gate by side road it has Manuel opening and closing gate. Once you enter into the property you can park by garage or anywhere inside the gate. Accept not by side small house. Front patio has double door Back patio has single door Please use back patio it has single door for enter into the house. Please inform me when you are on your way to the house. Guest Access: Guest will have access to kitchen, living room, dining room, front patios, and back patio are share. Guest welcome to use microwave or refrigerator. To all my dearly and value guests your time and stay very important to me, because I'm working with difference hours and schedule I might not able to meet some of you (guest) on your arrival time. We have a very quiet and safe neighborhood we are about 3 acre away from each neighbors. Getting Around: A car is likely needed, although we do have Uber or Lift in town and the rates are very reasonable. Countryside home surround farmers, landscape/gardening sometimes bugs, ants are in the list, but we work hard to make sure they are not inside the house. Apologies if one finds its way to you. Any violations of our house rules we will request for extra fees or you will loose your security deposit. **No more than guest(s) are allow as per your booking or reservations. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We have cameras to monitor the exterior of the property on the patio and front door entrance. Please lock the door and turn off lights when you leaving the house.
