The living room and open dining area has a nice view to the garden and direct access to a stone terrace. The open kitchen is small but has everything you need with new appliances. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower and where there is also a Whirlpool washer and dryer. The other bedroom has 2 twin-size beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub which is great for small children. There is an additional open room, play area with an extra bed which can be used as a daybed to relax at the large window. Great for reading or for an extra guest. The owner can be reached anytime via chat, I respond as soon as I can! This cottage has a caretaker who lives in the neighborhood and whom you can reach via phone during your stay, if you have any questions or difficulties. This is a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. It is great for walking and biking. A great biking tour is all around Round Lake which is about 45 min to an hour. Walking is great since there is hardly any traffic at all. The Cinosam Club is very unique and offers a 4th of july Neighborhood Parade and Fest and also Fall Fests with bonfire. It‘s a great place to meet the wonderful people of Minnesota! This is a great place to relax in one of Minnesota‘s typical cabins. This cabin has a modern cozy lakeside touch and is very comfortable. The cottage is part of a membership to the Cinosam Club and you can use the private park, the playground and the beach and beautiful designated swimming area. There is no lifeguard and you are responsible to watch your children and take precautions. There are also benches on the dock from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Gull Lake. This is only a 2 min walk away from the cottage and a real asset. By car you are quickly in Nisswa and Brainerd for shopping and also health services. For the children and families the Viking Slide is very close by at Sportland Corners, also Paul Bunyan Land and the Wild Safari Zoo are great highlights for the kids. On rainy days there are 2 indoor waterparks as well. 20 min away there is a nice horseback riding farm for the whole family to enjoy. At the cottage the nice lawn invites for family outdoor games or just resting under the big trees. You can come by car or by plane. The nice modernized Brainerd Airport is just 30 min away from the cottage. There is also a bus coming from Minneapolis and a shuttle service to the Airport in Minneapolis. Let us know if you need help with travel plans. The Cinosam Club Park is just off Highway 371 but far enough for enjoyable quietness around the lakeside living area. This area is very sought after. This cottage is owned by Gerda from Germany. We own 3 cabins but only this one is for rentals. You can enjoy the pretty landscaped property and relax on a sunny terrace with a gaz grill and outdoor dining set with umbrella. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy a bonfire.There is even a slight view to the lake and the Cinosam Park with a nice sandy beach is just 2 min away. There is a wonderful swimming area on Gull Lake which you can enjoy. The owners are members of the Cinosam Club and the guests can use the beach area and the very nice children‘s playground. You cannot access with a boat, the slots are only for members, but the public access is only minutes away. You can pick up or drop off friends or family at the dock but you cannot leave your boat there. You can park your boat trailer next to the driveway on the lawn.
