Step out of your front door, and adventure awaits in every direction... Our residence comfortably accommodates a family of four, ideal for two adults and two small children. Please note, we do not advertise it as suitable for four adults due to space limitations. The couch features a full-size hide-a-bed, perfect for accommodating two small children or one adult. If you intend to use the hide-a-bed during your stay, kindly indicate this when making your reservation, so we can ensure everything is prepared accordingly. Whether you're here for a night or a week, our newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The newly remodeled bathroom is accessible through the master bedroom, which features a comfortable queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The living room features a Farmington electric fireplace, serving both as a TV console and an additional cozy heat source. Brand new beautiful carpet was installed in the fall of 2022. Please remove your shoes upon entering. Step into your own courtyard adorned with clean synthetic grass and surrounded by string lights. A lovely back porch offers the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee and soaking in the tranquility of the neighborhood. During the summer months, stay cool with our AC unit and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Entertainment options abound with games and books suitable for all ages, along with information on local attractions. Self-check-in is a breeze with our electronic keypad. You'll receive your private entry code the night before your trip. House rules are conveniently printed on the refrigerator. We aim to keep things simple, understanding that you're on vacation. If you depart before the 10:00 checkout time, please send a quick message to notify us. As we manage and clean other Airbnb properties, we appreciate the opportunity to start cleaning sooner. We're always eager to get a head start if possible. There is ample public street parking available. I kindly request that you park directly in front of your own house to allow our neighbors the same convenience of parking in front of their own homes. This ensures a harmonious parking arrangement for everyone in the neighborhood. While we don't reside on the premises, we are local and accessible. A convenient electronic keypad on the front door grants you access, and you'll receive your private entry code the night before your arrival. Extremely safe and cute neighborhood just two blocks from our gorgeous City Hall, splash park, Dry Canyon, Library and Redmond police department. An easy 5 minute stroll you will find yourself downtown. Surrounded with breweries, food carts, restaurants shopping and parks. Bring your bikes and scooters there are trails and parks all around you! Redmond is known as Central Oregon’s hub city. You cannot go wrong with this location. Our house is only five minutes from the Redmond-Bend airport and the Deshutes County Fairgrounds. Taxis and the ever so popular Uber and Lyft are available in Redmond. Central Oregon bus transfer is 6 blocks away. There is a large trash can on the back patio for overflow garbage. At the end of your stay, I'll take care of sorting through all recyclables. And if you're staying with us for more than four days, I'll swing by every few days to collect your trash, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Just a friendly heads-up: this house is part of a duplex. But don't worry, each duplex has its own separate entrance and courtyard, nestled on a spacious corner lot. Plus, I run another Airbnb on this property, so you'll be in good company! Oh, and a little tip – don't forget to give a wave and say hi to the Airbnb neighbors! You never know where they've traveled from. Need a Pack 'n Play for your little one? Just let me know, and I'll make sure it's all set up for you. While there isn't a washer and dryer in the house, we've got you covered with a laundry room in the garage (it's a separate building). It's shared between guests, but if you want to fire it up during your stay, just give us a shout, and we'll roll it over to your place.
