Memory foam King bed mattress, Night stand and light, Walk in Closet, good size working desk. Plenty of free, safe, and convenient parking on driveway or street directly in front of the house. We ask that you park anywhere in front We do have washer and dryer access for no additional cost. We do have a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV in the Living Room with access to streaming media services such as Amazon prime or Youtube. We do offer full access to our kitchen, microwave and refrigerator. We interact as much with you as you want. We give you your space and greet you in passing but will not linger around your room hoping to get a full biography. You are welcome to join us in the common area if you want to socialize but it is not required and we totally understand. We want to make your stay with us to be as comfortable as possible. Our home is your home for the duration of your stay. Housekeeper are often at the residence, but are always available by way of messaging through AirBnB. I know you'll enjoy any needs you have once you check in. You might even meet interesting doctors and travelers from all over the world who might be staying in another room in this property. The house is located very safe and quite NW of Visalia. Easy access to CA 99 and 198 10 minutes from Kaweah Delta Hospital 10 minutes from Downtown 45 minutes to UCSF Fresno 15 minutes from Costco, Target, Walmart. 35 minutes from NAS Lemoore Approximately 45 miles to Sequoia National Park I'm very flexible person.
