This studio is a perfectly located home base that makes exploring SWLA easy. Guest spaces include studio home and parking spot directly in front of door (under carport). The studio is small but includes a full kitchette and all the items needed to cook and serve meals, tub/shower combo in bathroom, a set of dresser drawers (as well as mobile drawers to place for your convenience), a storage space with large shelving for extended stay supplies/items. We are happy to socialize outdoors if you are. I am available via call/text if you need anything. Friendly and walkable neighborhood. Mix of both young and older families. 1 mile from the lakefront and downtown shopping/restaurants. Personal car is the easiest. If you’re interested in walking, downtown is easily accessible on foot. The studio and main house share a backyard. We do have pets on property. Two cats and one dog. We let the dog out in the morning off leash but only with supervision. Currently no washer or dryer in studio. We recommend LaundryWorld on Lake St. Only one car is allowed to park under garage - additional guest vehicles will need to park on the street.
