On the 1st floor of the building there are located 2 good and popular cafés/restaurants; Burger bar next to the building; fruit and vegetable market near apartment; within 5min walk several grocery supermarkets; exchange service next to the building; 2min walk from the metro station; 10min walk to the Red park with Georgian kitchen restaurant, café Dunkin Donuts, children playgrounds, beautiful fountains and outdoor gym; 10min walk to Pekini avenue, which is popular shopping street; 20min walk or 1 metro station to one of the biggest shopping malls “City mall”; 20min by taxi or car to the city center and old city, or 15 min by metro. We suggest to use taxi Bolt (reasonable price, polite drivers, clean cars) or metro. Metro station is within 2min walk. For an additional fee, we can offer children strollers and car seats for rent.
