The perfect spot for up to 3 people to stay while enjoying everything Hacienda Iguana and Colorados beach has to offer. You have access to all amenities of the community. PLEASE NOTICE: Electric bill will be covered by guest with monthly rate. This is a year old studio apartment we have designed ourselves. It is located behind the ice-cream store and Side Bar in the Commercial Area of Hacienda Iguana. Staying here would mean you have access to all the amenities in the community - golf course, beach club bar and restaurant as well as the beach club pool. You get access to two world-class breaks - Panga Drops and Colorados! No need to walk an hour from Gigante! There is a different couch in the downstairs area now which can sleep the third person. Please note that this apartment is located in the Commercial Area of Iguana where there are two bars, Taco Shop, Ice cream store, Spa, etc. If you are looking for a VERY private space please look at our other properties located closer to the beach. There are sometimes events at the bar next door and across the road which we can not predict, so please be aware of this. Any music stops by 11-12PM.
