The villa is serviced daily by domestic staff, allowing you to focus on enjoying your holiday time This spacious 1,500 sq. ft / 144 sq.m single-floor villa offers a large, semi open living, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bed rooms with en-suite bath rooms, fully decorated (semi-modern) style. The private 8 x 3,5 m pool is for exclusive use by the villa residents. Domestic helpers are present to serve you breakfast and to clean and service the villa. Towels and bed linen are provided, and changed bi-daily. This property offers a large level of privacy to its residents, as the large garden ( 2,500 sq. ft / 225 sq.m ) and pool area separates it from the other nearby properties by means of beautiful tropical plants, bushes and trees. The villa is located in a quiet, residential area of Sanur with almost no traffic passing by. Yet, it's only a short walk to the beach, the sea, lots of shops and a wide choice of restaurants. Leisure activities are located nearby, such as golf, tennis, scuba diving and (kite-)surfing. There's local public transport available that will take you for about US$ 0,35 to any location within the Sanur village area. The whole villa will be at your disposal, even when you book for less than the max. number of occupants (4 persons, either adults or children) allowed. We don't live in this villa, so the guests stay there all by themselves and have full privacy. Villa staff works from 8am till noon (12:00hrs) at the latest or leave early if no more work needs to be done . We''ll be there when needed / called upon to provide information, answer questions, help our guests with whatever they may require. It's a quiet residential area yet close to the beach ( 10 minutes walking / 2 minutes biking) as well as to the main shopping and eat street in Sanur. Sanur offers abundant metered taxis and a local mini-bus system to take you around the town. The villa comes with a complimentary set of 2 city bikes which you can use freely. Additional bikes are available, at a small daily rental fee. Domestic helper (female) works half day (morning) to serve breakfast and clean / service the villa for you. Garden and swimming pool are serviced every other day but schedule can be adjusted to the guests' preference.
