Dear Friends! I’m renting out 60 sq. m. apartment with an attic situated in the very heart of Tbilisi located in one of the oldest areas of the city just behind the N. Baratashvili monument! It is very well equipped. Left road - to the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the presidential Residence. Right road - to the "Dry" bridge with “flea” market and SPAR supermarket (24/7). In front of you is Tbilisi's historical center or the old town with cultural sightseeing and various nightlife attractions. Dear Friends! Only for the Guests of the gorgeous capital of Georgia, I’m renting out my spacious 60 sq. m. apartment with an attic situated in the very heart of Tbilisi. The apartment is located in one of the oldest areas of the city, precisely on the hill of Elene Akhvlediani (famous Georgian painter), just behind the Nikoloz Baratashvili monument! It is very well equipped (almost as a space ship :). Once you go out of the apartment, you will find yourself in the small and cozy yard in the Italian style. And as in fairy tales, there will be three roads in front of you! The one to the left – will bring you to the main Cathedral belonging to the Georgian Orthodox Church - the Holy Trinity Cathedral as well as the presidential Residence (not really Holy, but it is also worth visiting). The path to the right – will take you to the "Dry" bridge which is located near the so-called flea market (but no need to buy a fumigator :) and a SPAR supermarket (open 24/7 ). Right across the bridge – you can find Civil Marriage Hall (Palace of Justice), a currency exchange agency and a Carrefour supermarket (open from 9 a.m.- to 10 p.m). And finally, the most important sight to visit – Tbilisi's historical center or the old town, where you will find everything starting from cultural sightseeing to various nightlife attractions, such as bars, restaurants and many cafes with open terraces. Easy Access and Convenient Transport: nearby bus stops and taxis. The metro station "Square of Freedom" is just a 7 min walk from home. The apartment has a comfortable new double bed, 2 single beds in the loft, and one additional sleeping place on the couch. Bathroom: goes with a shower and toilets. Spacious kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. TV and Wi-Fi (in Georgia we jokingly call it “Wai-Wai”) available. The house also has central heating, air conditioning and a washing machine. To make you feel at home, I’m also glad to offer an iron and a hairdryer for your stay.
