The apartment (17th level - Roof Top) is located in between of Fountain sq. and Port Baku. 10 minutes walk - Fountain Square, "28 May" and "Sahil" metro Free Wi-Fi is available !The water pump in the evening (from 23:45 P.M until 06:30 A.M.) is turned off by the governmental department. Therefore the water stops during this mentioned period. Once it is fixed, I will update the notes !There is an A/C in one bedroom, other bedroom has Stadler Peter fan.There is an A/C in the living room as well The building is an old building which was built in the 1950s. However, the elevators and the apartment is renovated. The way from the 16th floor to the apartment still looks old. The living room is fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, wifi, a dining table, sofa as well as a smart TV. Although the kitchen area is fairly small, it includes a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and electric stove. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king size bed, air conditioning, heater, wardrobe, and a workspace. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed too, but only a heater and wardrobe, with no air conditioning – a Stadler Peter Fan promotes cooling when used. The door leading to the terrace area should be locked when inside, and caution is recommended if a windy climate is expected.
