The tenant agrees to listen to his music at normal volume so that the neighbors are not disturbed. From 10 PM it is forbidden to listen to music that is heard outside the house. FORBIDDEN to use Hookah / light fireworks in the garden or terraces or any place that belongs to the property !!!!! Neither THE OWNER nor THE REPRESENTATIVE are nor will be responsible for any injury, injury or damage suffered by the Tenant, children, or strange visitors or another person, group, family, or company, or any other entity; within the property's premises.
