The 55 m2 Studio Apartment is spacious on the inside, with a partial Ocean and Garden View Terrace on the 2nd floor, and it's fully equipped for any length of bookings. In July 2023, Condominio Solymar underwent a complete renovation of its adult and children's pools, including the addition of Massage Pumps and a Mini Water Park for kids. Given that the condominium was originally constructed in 1995, it is currently undergoing comprehensive maintenance as well to enhance the general guest experience. Our guests enjoy access to the beach, complimentary parking, a kids pool, an adult pool, and a tennis court. These facilities are all under the ownership of Condominio Solymar and are included with every booking. Furthermore, there's a restaurant buffet, a pool bar, a beach bar, and a convenience store available on-site. It's important to note that these establishments are owned by a separate hotel, unrelated to us, and can be accessed by making payments on-site. We are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, emergency inquiries can be made via phone 24/7, although this is rarely necessary. The Check-In process is fully automated using Smart Locks and RFID cards depending on the apartment. This provides guests the flexibility to arrive at any time after the official check-in time. Check-Out is also automated; guests simply need to ensure all appliances, including air conditioning, are turned off, the room is free of damage, and in an acceptable state of cleanliness (note that the cleaning fee does not cover dishwashing). These measures are in place to prevent any potential fines. Booking private transportation in advance is the most convenient and advisable method to reach Condominio Solymar from the airport. You have the option to arrange this service through us or another authorized company. Pre-booking is strongly recommended due to the prevalence of unauthorized transportation services at the airport. Once you're on the property, you can utilize public transportation buses or to access nearly every destination in The Hotel Zone and Cancún Downtown. The cost is just 12 Mexican pesos per person, which is less than a dollar. All essential bathroom and kitchen supplies will be provided for any type of stay and for all guests included in the reservation. Additionally, stays of more than four nights qualify for a complimentary room refresh service. You can expect standard amenities such as high-speed internet, hot water, air conditioning, and communication support on the platform from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, there is 24/7 availability for emergency inquiries via phone, although this is rarely needed.
