Plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway for cars/boats and near the boat ramp. This home is tucked away amongst live oaks/palms & will draw you back year after year to its magical location. This private home is nestled in the oaks and palms and is beachfront with magnificent views. The property is close to the boat ramp. There is plenty of parking. A canoe and kayak are available for use at your own risk. One bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedroom on the top floor. All bedrooms have their own baths. Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor shower, but, not the storage unit on the first floor. Get around by car, boat, or golf cart. Vehicles and golf carts are allowed on the beach with a permit that can be obtained at the county. We have remodeled the home ourselves. We only want guests that treat the home as their own. We will not allow more than 6 guests, so, please do not ask. We have a canoe and kayak available on the property if you would like to use it at your own risk. Please stay of the tip of St Vincent Island due to nesting birds.
