Mālō e lelei!! Let our family be the first to welcome you to the Friendly Islands of Tonga. Our home is a 10 min walk to the CBD and 20 to the water front. If you want modern living in an island setting, our guest house is for you! Ideally suited for families on vacation and even groups on short-term business travel. We no longer rent individual rooms, we only rent the the whole house . The house is on the same property as our home so we are always available. We supply herbal tea, hot chocolate, and water. Other supplies can be pre-ordered when booking and will be available upon arrival. Pepe's Island Abode has hot and cold running water for showers. There is a large size fridge with freezer so your water, tropical fruits, veggies and other foods are chilled when needed. A washing machine and dryer are available, at no extra cost, as well as an iron and ironing board in the laundry room. There is off the street covered parking with a fully fenced (brick wall) yard. The property is well lit at night and very secure; the Police Academy is directly across the street. Guest are always welcome and are encouraged to ask about tours, shopping and any other services that will make their stay in The Kingdom a memorable experience. We at the same time will give our guests as much privacy as they want, but are always there if needed. We are very close to Tongan and Chinese owned neighborhood stores where you can buy all your daily supplies. Some accept credit cards but most only local currency, Tongan Pa'anga (TOP). Two taxi companies are on the same road and only a block over. Rental cars can be arranged and delivered by host when pre-arranged. Unlimited Wi-fi is not available in Tonga, so 25GB/week of data comes with each reservation. If extra data is needed before the new week, it can be added for $60TOP/25GB.
