The apartment is in a well-maintained door-man building with 24 hours security and a proper entrance and Lobby. We have just completed a gut-renovation in line with all requirements of a 4-star service apartment. The whole apartment is yours during your stay. I am not living in Hong Kong but I have a trust-worthy English Speaking house-keeper who will hand over and collect the key upon arrival and departure. I can be reached on email, Whatsap or Line at reasonable hours. I have a full manuel on appliances in the house. Hong Kong is so very convenient, you can get all information on the internet. The apartment is in a quieter residential part of Wanchai (very close to Hopewell Centre on Queen's Road East) close to local markets as well as western gourmet food markets with charming upmarket bars/restaurant/shopping as well as local eateries dotted all around. It is 8 minutes walk to the hard-core Wanchai Bar District. 5 minutes to MTR (subway), trams and 1 minute to bus stops. There is a jogging trail accessible within a 15 minutes hike of stairs through Wanchai Gap Road (Bowen Road).
