Jipsi Beach house is a beautiful, absolute beachfront 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on Tamarind Beach, Nusa Lembongan. The property is set on 2000 m2 of lush tropical gardens and lawn which lead down to a white sandy and crystal clear waters beyond. Jipsi is the quintessential beach house that combines relaxed island life with subtle luxuries to ensure your holiday will be one you will never forget. The beach front location, team of staff & stunning indoor and outdoor areas are the perfect place to soothe your soul. The main house has one master suite with king bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 bunk beds. This rooms sleeps 6 people. The second master suite is joined to the main villa via a timber balcony. The 4th bedroom is a bungalow style room with a queen bed, detached from the main house. The living areas of the main villa has bifold doors with open up the villa onto the expansive timber deck for alfresco dining. From here you can look out across the beautiful green lawns to the 10 x 5m pool, out door living pavilion and ocean. The Jipsi Beach House team of staff are able to assist with your transport needs, scooter hire, snorkelling trips, restaurant bookings and other island activities. The property is child friendly and offers many fun activities directly in front of the Villa such as swimming, fishing, snorkelling, surfing, SUP and boating. The expansive lawns allows for children to run and play or to enjoy a game of cricket or volleyball. We have the most beautiful view across the Badung Strait to Bali and to the volcano Gunung Agung. In the late afternoon when the tide goes out, the reef is exposed and little rock pools are interesting to investigate. Play grounds surf break is just a short paddle out right in front of our villa. You can see the surf from the front lawn. You may also like to relax upon the sun lounges in the glorious Nusa Lembongan sunshine. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck whilst sipping your favourite beverage. We have two access areas. One is directly to the beach via the front door on the property and the second is the side access from a little side road. We will assist you with your boat transfers from Bali to Nusa Lembongan Our Villa is located on Tamarind Beach, which is suitable for swimming and snorkelling on mid-high tide. We have a front door on the property which leads directly onto the beach. Scooters & golf buggy hire can by arranged by the staff. Many restaurants on the island offer a FREE pick up and drop off service. The staff can also arrange a truck with private driver, and also boats to the surf breaks if required. Breakfast is included in all bookings, and there is a menu for in-villa dining. All linen and towels are supplied. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am
