The Nest is complete with a small refer & sink for DIY refreshments. Don't overpack, feel FREE TO USE OUR BEACH CHAIRS, TOWELS & COOLERS PROVIDED for trips out exploring Maui. The Nest is great for the lone nature enthusiast or a couple who wants to be just off the beaten path, yet close to BEACH (10 minute drive), HIKING (from the house) and RESTAURANTS (2 minute drive). A STUDIO SPACE with QUEEN BED, sitting area, and kitchenette. We have a family setting in a country environment. We have cats, dog, chickens, fish and KIDS! Haiku is tropical county living, birds, Coqui frogs and geckos live here too. Guest are free to check out the 2 acre property which has many fruit trees and flowers. The Nest is complete with a private entry, queen bed, refer/kitchenette and private bathroom. We have a HANGING SWING out front to chill out on & a HAMMOCK between some palm trees. We are working on an outdoor shower and lanai area. Like I said, we are a busy family of four with elementary & intermediate students. We are more than happy to sit and talk and share what we know about Maui or let you come and go as you please. Country residential area, so mostly families. We are in walking distance to the Fourth Marine Division Park which has a playground and picnic areas. Plus fun hiking around our "GiggleHill". They have a horse arena, too. Haiku Town center has many food options from sushi to food trucks, grocery store to kombucha bar. A rental car is usually a must on Maui unless you are an avid cyclist. Our house is about two miles from Haiku Town Center which you could take the Maui Bus. Contact me for details. We have PETS...
