Looking for quiet and private? Look no further! LARGE and VERY private lanai, partial ocean view, awesome sunsets and breezes! Steps to the beach! This is not just a rental, this also my home, so I took advantage of the COVID shelter in place! Entire place with new paint, new black-out drapes/rods throughout, new lanai screens, new flooring in both bedrooms, updated dining room lamp, louver repairs/screens. Kitchen remodeled 4/1/22. And there will be more to come! You can make your stay as laid back or as busy as you want! Lots to do, or just turn everything off and relax! Snorkel and beach gear including boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler/shade umbrella available in the unit for your use. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit! No hunting for change or dragging laundry around! Equipped with cable and Wifi. Wonderful breezes from the open, wrap-around lanai. The entire place is yours to use and enjoy! I’m always available to help with suggesting/planning activities or just general questions, but the place is all yours, I won’t be bothering you! I'd recommend the Molokai Mule ride and tour. Scuba or snorkel with the fish and dive shop, hike out to the Falls on the East end (permit needed). Saturday market is a treat! Kumu farms is a must for some fresh produce. Check out Purdy's macadamia nut farm, and don't forget the late night hot bread from the bakery! Or just relax at the pool. Due to COVID restrictions, some activities may not be available at the moment. Just ask! I’m happy to help! The donation run island bus picks up and drops off at Ke Nani Kai Small store on site, larger store a few miles away in Maunoloa that just re-opened and is under new management. There is a donation run bus that stops right in front of the office which goes to the churches and downtown, but I'd really recommend a car.
