This home features a combination of 2 apartments each with full kitchens and private entrances that become one 3 bedroom/2 bath when interior connecting door is opened. Home is located in a private residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's a paradise getaway when looking to escape the hustle & bustle of the popular tourist scenes! You can enjoy quiet time while laying on our hammock with a fresh cup of Kona coffee. This private combo property sleeps up to 8 comfortably. It is the entire ground level of the home, where the property owner lives in a separate apartment upstairs. Each of the two kitchens are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and starter paper products. Linens and towels are also provided. A washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi internet, and cable television are provided free of charge. A beautifully landscaped garden with many outdoor seating areas, 4 fish ponds with waterfall feature, shaded hammock, and BBQ grill are also available for your enjoyment. Air conditioning units are installed in all bedrooms for your comfort! Sleeping Arrangements- Bedroom 1 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Other – Sleeper sofa in living room 1 Other - Second Sleeper sofa in living room 2 Park n Play is available upon request (limited number available). Carport with two assigned parking spots fit 2 mid size vehicles easily. Larger or multiple vehicles can park along either side of the street outside of the cul-de-sac. Keypad lockbox located outside of doors (code to be provided prior to check-in). Registered guests only. In accordance with State law, Hawaii's 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET) and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of gross rent must be visibly passed on to renter and are included in your accommodation rate. Property owner lives upstairs and will welcome, provide tips and local advice, and assist with anything when needed. Centrally located island escape with Oahu’s best attractions just a short drive away. Only 20 minutes from the airport, North Shore attractions, Wet-n-Wild water park, Disney’s Ko Olina resort, and beautiful beaches. For the shoppers, less than a five minute drive from Oahu’s #1 outlet mall, Waikele Premium Outlets. Wide variety of fantastic restaurants, golf courses, and grocery stores only 5 minutes away.
