Beautiful one bedroom condo with A/C in the bedroom located next to Kona Country Club Golf Course, with fabulous ocean views! Top floor, so no above neighbor noise! Condo is nicely remodeled and furnished and very comfortable. A wonderful spot for your Hawaii getaway! Golf Course Location - The complex is not part of the golf course, it is just located along the golf course. Like many homes and condo developments here, they are located along/near the golf courses, not all with access to the golf course included. Having two bathrooms is great for couples who need their own space! Tenants have access to entire condo. Guests do not have free access to the golf course. Aloha! This condo is a self check in and self check out unit. We try to leave guests everything they need (other than food or beverages) to have an amazing and relaxing stay. In case of a problem, or questions, guests can contact the on-island manager for a quick response. Late and overnight contact should be for emergencies only please. Condo is located in the Keauhou Akahi Complex near the end of the oceanfront Alii Drive. The complex is located along the Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course, and has beautiful ocean views. There is early morning golf course maintenance several days a week, but we now have an A/C unit in the bedroom, so if you want to close windows, you can!! The complex is not part of the golf course. I always suggest that my guests rent a vehicle while on the Big Island as there is SO much to see, but, it is a BIG island! There is a trolley bus that runs up and down Alii Drive a few times a day for trips to town. In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account. Mahalo!
