A little haven hidden in the heart of Holualoa. It is clean and cozy with a view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Located right next to Holualoa Village and just a short drive to Kona town, nearby beaches, shops, and more. There is a king size bed, kitchen, TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, and covered patio with the view of the ocean. The unit is located downstairs of the main house, but has its own private entrance. There is a patio facing the ocean for a perfect view of the beautiful sunset. A bbq is also available on the patio for use. At night the sky is usually clear and has an extravagant view of the stars and Milky Way. There is an open grassy yard that is also available to use, which is perfect for stargazing. A washer and dryer is located right outside the unit and is available use whenever. It is for private use of the guests and is not shared with the owners. I am available to greet you and if you need anything or have any concerns, but otherwise you will have complete privacy so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay. The place is located right next to Holualoa Elementary School in Holualoa Village and just a short drive to town. The road leading up to property is a little bumpy, so it’s best to have a vehicle that is not so low to the ground. If you love to go off-roading or plan to visit beaches or valleys, I suggest a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. The unit does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans to keep the place cool. However, the property is located at a higher elevation and is usually cool enough at night that an AC is not necessary. Unfortunately, there isn’t a gas burner, stove, or oven. However, a hot plate is available as well as a griddle and toaster oven for any cooking guests wish to do. There is also a bbq right outside on the patio that is available for use at anytime. Hawaii has had an increase population of coqui frogs. They make a sound like how their name is pronounced “co-kee”. You will hear a few surrounding the property at night, somewhat like crickets after dark. The property is located in a somewhat “country” area. So there is wildlife, such as roosters and cats, that roam on and near the property. You may experience noises from these animals as well during your stay.
