Three bedroom and 1 bath in main level, 2nd bathroom and laundry room in basement (accessible from outside) and spacious common area, including a large back deck and yard w a BBQ. Highly recommend you have a car...this property has parking for 2 vehicles. The property is large and guest have the entire home, deck and middle yard to themselves. On the back of the lot, separated by a garage unit and fence their is another dwelling who’s driveway is to the left of the rental home. Each home is entirely separate. Air Conditioning is paid separately by guests. This way guests are responsible for turning it off and or choosing to let it run all day. We do not provide any baby equipment.
