This unit is the top floor owner's suite of the beautiful Baker House Hotel and Restaurant located on Geneva Lake, footsteps from the heart of downtown, and restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach! Guests will have access to the pier across the street to enjoy some R&R on the beautiful lake. Take part in the Baker House's dining events, craft cocktails, and lakefront garden with Live Music. Head downstairs, grab hats from the vintage collection, travel back in time for a unique experience. This unit is a great spot to get away with friends. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom and shower. The 4th can share or use the Spa at the base of the stairway. There is a large loft area that has a smart TV for movie night. With a full kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy lakefront and sunset views from the front rooms of the unit. There will be private parking for two vehicles. additional cars can park for free 1/2 block up Baker Street I am available for a phone call or text during your stay. There is also always a butler on site at the bed and breakfast downstairs who will know the house and the area and can help you out. With easy keypad access you can check-in on your own and don't need to worry about keys. Downtown Lake Geneva less than a block away. There is so much to do within walking distance of the house: beach, boat rentals, restaurants, parks, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals, and shopping! We do have a double-decker waterslide Tritoon boat available at our pier for rent. You can also rent mopeds, zip-line, or go to a spa in the area. Many guests enjoy taking a long day trip walk around the lake! Watch the fabulous sunsets from your living room/kitchen or venture down to our beautiful Lakefront gardens replete with Cabanas, firepits, and fountain. The Baker Pier with Kayak and Paddleboard rentals, boat rentals, and swimming is directly across Wrigley Drive. The unit offers optional boat slip rental for up to a 25' boat. The unit comes with two parking spots as well. The master bathroom has separate his & her sections, a large shower with Steam Bath and car- wash sprays, bidets, and jacuzzi tub. The 4th bedroom can share with other bathrooms or use the separate private Bath down a flight of stairs with a Jacuzzi tub with a handheld showerhead, vanity sink, and commode. Optional massage table for those interested in giving their significant other relaxation or hiring one of our local masseuses or esthatician. Luxurious Baker House bathrobes supplied. The 5th bedroom is an upper loft and would need to share a bathroom with one of the bedrooms on the main floor of the unit.
