Only 3 miles to town of CB and 7 miles to the Mt CB - 1 mile walk to the free public transportation. Individually owned and locally operated. We also offer a sister property right next door with a full kitchen! Located in a small complex, this bright, clean and comfy 500 sq ft condo offers great flexibility for your Crested Butte experiences. Walking in, you will find a large closet for your things. The bathroom has a door to the sink area and an additional door to the toilet and tub/shower area. Next, you will walk into an area that has a queen bed. There is a partition to block off the bed from the living area. A kitchenette offers a fridge, microwave, a single electric burner and all of the items needed to make basic meals. The living area has a desk, dresser, a dining table, sofa and a chair. The TV is equipped with Roku for your streaming needs and the entire condo has high speed internet. Essential amenities for 2 guests are supplied. Finally, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the private balcony while watching the sun set over the amazing mountain views. The HOA does not allow animals/dogs. If you have a service animal, please review Airbnb policies. We do provide a white noise machine and single use ear plugs for those who are light sleepers. There was a pass through door between my two condos. We have sealed and soundproofed it. The code will be on the Airbnb app. The code will be included with other instructions 3 days before you arrive. As Crested Butte is fairly remote, you will need a car to get around. There is free parking on site for one vehicle. I am a solo host - two condos next to each other in the same property. I have a100% reply rate on Airbnb. Kat is my local manager to support my guests - who is also a local small business. I lived in Crested Butte for 12 years. I loved the outdoor lifestyle and close knit community. I was an active member of the community, participating in many local groups including the Center for the Arts, the Wildflower Festival and the CB Land Trust. Unfortunately, work required I move to the Front Range (about 2 1/2 hours away). Crested Butte is really my home and this condo is how I stay in the community I love.
