One bedroom (separate from living area) with a/c, king bed, fans, dresser, closet, tv. Recently updated bathroom, living area with large smart tv, free WiFi. Kitchen completely stocked for when you feel like staying inside including toaster, keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, cups, etc. Dining room table and chairs. Outside patio seating area. Guests have access to WiFi, gated secure parking, onsite laundry facilities, and beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and a cooler for your use when heading to the beach. Charcoal grill is available for your use poolside. I do not live on the island but I have a lovely lady who will meet you at the condo with your keys and show you around . It is a quiet gated community that is well maintained, lush landscaping including huge mango tree that bares more fruit than can be eaten! While there is a grocery store (Pueblo) and several fast food restaurants (McDonald’s, Domino’s, Subway) within walking distance, a car or taxi is recommended for excursions, shopping, and getting to the beach. Short 7 minute drive to beach. Just an FYI we drive on the left!
