Motorbike or car rental (4/7/16/29/50 seats). + We will need you to take a photo of the front of your ID or Passport (including passport information, visa and entry stamp) of everyone to register your stay information with the local authorities. + Guests are not allowed to move any furniture inside the villa. In the case of loss or damage to property, guests must cover the cost of damage repair which will be charged when checking out. + For easy storage of money, documents and valuable every room has a private room key. We recommend our guests should always keep money and valuables along. The villa will not be responsible under any condition for the loss of money and valuables. + Please do not smoke inside the bedroom with any reason, we will charge you $50 for smoking in the wrong place. You can smoke outside the villa or designated areas. + Please turn off all the electrics and to close the windows when going outside. + The hot water system is automatic so you don't need to adjust anything, if you need any help inside the villa just contact to me ! + We only clean the villa before your check in and after your check out, any other extra cleaning services will need to be paid separately. Please contact me for extra cleaning service during your stay. *** During your stay, I will stay in another small room to take care of whenever you need.
