Outdoor living area with a huge day bed, table and chairs. There are three essentially separate apartments, and the only common space is in the stand-alone kitchen. If you need anything else, just let us know! Or if you want to make tea or coffee or cook meals by yourself, everything is ready for you in the kitchen from coffee pot, cooker, electromagnetic stove and microwave. We do want you to feel like home! We will clean whole house every 3 days in during your staying. If you don’t need it, just let me know. Every morning, from about 5:30 am to 9am there is a local market just up the street and across the road where you can buy fruits and vegetables if you would like or just go and say hi to the locals. - The shore club an bang beach: 300 meters - Deck house restaurant : 300 meters - Soul kitchen: 500 meters - The Tamarind tree restaurant: 100 meters - Tra Que vegetables village: 1km. The beach, local market, pharmacy, convenience stores and restaurants are all 1 to 5 min walk away. Grab car, Taxi, bicycles, motorbikes can easily be arranged by texting to me before 10 minute. Located in An Bang Village, 1 minute walk to An Bang Beach and 50 meters from restaurants, 4 km from Hoi An town (10 minute drive/20 minute bike ride). When you check in, please give us your passport so that we can take a photo of it for the declaration of temporary residence following the Vietnamese law.
