I'm conveniently located in central Montgomery, near many restaurants, shopping, the downtown area, several of Montgomery's Universities, Gunter Air Force Annex, and Interstate 85! My home is located in a quiet, well established, and secure neighborhood. My house is conveniently located in central Montgomery, five miles from the Alabama State Capital Building in the downtown area and also from AUM, with quick access to Interstate 85! I live in a quiet, well established neighborhood on a cul de sac - great for families or for a peaceful retreat from busy downtown life. My living room is spacious for guests, and includes 50" Roku TV with cable. I can easily accommodate 6 people in three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Guests will have full access to the house, including a full kitchen, gas grill on the deck, washer and dryer, fast wi-fi and cable. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway and the street. The shady backyard is fenced in, and has a swing and many toys for your children to enjoy! I will be available before, during and after my guests' stay! I make it a priority to respond as promptly as I can to any questions or issues you may have. My neighborhood is convenient to most things in Montgomery! It has its own large park near one entrance, with a long shaded walking track and lots of playground equipment for kids to enjoy. Enjoy walking on the track, or through the neighborhood...the homes here are beautiful. It's lovely and quiet here, with little traffic, and safe with security cameras monitoring...you'll love the peaceful atmosphere! There are some public buses available, though taxis and Uber are a more efficient way of getting around town if you don't have your own transportation. I will try my best to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay; in turn, I ask that you respect my home! No pets and no smoking inside, please.
