This is a really charming house with alot of character. Sun porch to have your morning coffee, back porch for evening cocktails and BBQ. My place has stairs leading to the house, and only 1 bedroom on the main floor. So if you need a handicap accessible house, this may not be for you. Also the stairs inside are a bit steep.. My place is not suitable for young children. Just a few blocks from the Missouri River, and the CMR Museum. This is a two Bathroom house, but the upstairs bathroom is bathtub only. The tubs are high and a bit cumbersome. If you have a hard time getting in normal sized tubs this place may not be for you. There is one room marked PRIVATE, that room is NOT for guests use. Not suitable for young children.
