We are a little bit of Country Living, set on 3 acres. We live close by for easy access to us. This Newly Remodeled Home has many amenities, farm animals, fresh eggs when available, and tons of parking! There is a pull through driveway if towing a boat. This Home is Fully stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, & Laundry. We are minutes from all that Page & Lake Powell has to offer. We are very family friendly. Sit by the Fire Pit and experience the comfort of some Country Western living! We are 1.5 miles below the City of Page, where there is elbow room for out of the City living! Yet quick access to all. This Property is fresh, clean and has new everything! Your well behaved pets are welcome, just check out the pet details. Since we have so many animals on site, you may not let your pets roam freely. -The Bathrooms have beautiful custom tile, both with showers, one with a jet tub. -The Kitchen has everything you will need to do your own cooking. Stocked with small appliances, spices, oils, eggs, flour, sugar, & some bottled water. There is an extra freezer in the laundry room for bagged ice or whatever you need. The countertops are Quartz, the full size appliances are stainless steel (glasstop stove/oven, microwave, side by side refrig/freezer, dishwasher), there is a double basin Farmhouse stainless sink (no garbage disposal), the cabinets are all new, so is all the furniture. There is a Kurig Coffee Maker with a huge selection of coffees and hot cocoa. There is a great selection of Pots and Pans, Bakeware, mixing bowls, utensils, flatware, glasses and dishes. - Enjoy the front deck with dining or morning coffee. There is a BBQ Grill and an open view to watch the sunrise or set and some animals go about their day. There will be a Fire Pit to build your own campfire to sit around and roast marshmallows in the evenings. Besides the dining indoor, the coffee table raises up to table level for extra seating on the couch. In the Cabinet next to the dishwasher is double built in kitchen size trash cans. - Brand new Washer & Dryer with laundry soap and softener sheets. A portable Ironing board with steam Iron is on wheels to easily roll it to your room. - Wifi is available but realize that Page is remote and sometimes the internet will go down for short periods of time. There is a smart TV in the living room and you can access with your password many sites such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. You will be given the password for the Wifi which will be in your guest book in the rolltop desk. - A cooler/ furnace keeps the house very comfortable, the home is very insulated. There is an electric fireplace for chilly mornings. The heater is on a thermostat. The Cooler is controlled by you & your liking for comfort. -There is a hair dryer in both bathrooms, and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower/bathtub. Makeup remover packets are on the sink and all liquid hand soap. Enough Towels for each guest. - The third bedroom has a beautiful handcrafted Queen size Log Bed which goes well with the theme and decor . There are Bamboo sheets on this bed. Matching the bed is a Log Bench that serves as a Luggage Rack. This Room has a TV Buffet with a TV & DVD Player with many choices of DVDs. In the two other Bedroom closets are built in Luggage racks so that your suitcase does not need to take up room in your bedroom. There are hangers in both walk in closets and in the Laundry room. We have tried to think of everything that would accommodate most everyone but If there is a need, just call and we are a few steps away. - All of the house is accessible. Explore the Barn with all the animals, we just ask that you let us know before going there. We do have a playground including a trampoline for our Grandchildren, if you have very young ones who want to play, you must supervise the little ones so they don't get hurt. We will not be responsible for injuries. There is a small child swing set accessible to guests. The House has plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. The front deck has a BBQ and there is a Fire Pit with Wood available. Our homes are full of Life Long Ranch Stories to share only with those who are interested. If you have questions then by all means ask! We respect everyone's privacy but we also are willing to interact and share. We love meeting new people from everywhere. This is a Friendly Gramma and Papa Country home with grandkids on site most of the time. Our neighborhood is considered rural with a Country feel, called Ranchette Estates. You will see people riding horses and not very busy streets. The neighbors are also spread out on 2 and 3 acre parcels. Some of our favorite places to eat up town are the Dam Bar and Grill, The Blue Buddha, and Breakfast at the Ranch House Grill. We are minutes away from the famous Horseshoe Bend, Slot Canyon Tours, the Glenn Canyon Dam at the Colorado River, and of course Beautiful Lake Powell. The Grand Canyon South Rim is about a 2 hour drive from here. The Grand Canyon North rim is also a little over 2 hour drive. Page is very small so it is easy to get around. While staying with us you will be provided with directions to our many tour companies, places you can rent Kayaks, Popular things to see and do. We have an airport in Page and they do have car rentals available there. Express is a City transit shuttle. There are other companies that Taxi people. Or you could rent a Jeep to go touring on your own!! Some listings will be in the guestbook. For the Little ones we have a Pack N Play portable Crib with an additional mattress, sheets and a blanket. There is also a Portable High Chair to use. We have a fire pit to create a camping experience with a fire to make sch-mores:)
