In the heart of Page Arizona, this apartment complex has four units, centrally located to tours, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, the Colorado River, Antelope Canyon and more. This upper unit has two bedrooms and one bath. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a large parking lot, as well as street parking available. This is an upper unit, if you’re staying with children, we ask that you book our lower units. As guests walk in the living area they will find a lush sectional sofa as well as an additional chair for relaxing. In the kitchen guests will find plenty of room to cook meals, with most kitchen essentials provided. This kitchen table is extra large, ready to hold dinner for friends and family as well as game night. The walk out patio has a small table and chairs, so guests can enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. The large bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The full size washer and dryer is located in the hallway of the space. The apartment has plenty of room for four guests. Because of the lower unit hearing your movements, we do not allow more than four guests. There is a large parking area and street parking, with easy access to the front door. Guests will have an entire apartment, two bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area. This apartment is one of four units in a small apartment building. There is a family room with a TV and a large comfortable sectional. The bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The backyard is shared with others staying in the apartments, along with the parking lot. There is a unfenced backyard, where you can enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. This area is open to a green grass area where all apartment guests have access. The huge balcony is yours to enjoy. You will overlook the grassy backyard and a little neighborhood street. As well as the backyard to a retirement complex. We are available via messenger. If we know we will be out of a cell area, we will let you know. We truly keep random messages to a minimum. We want your experience to be like you’re home. The apartment is nestled in a safe neighborhood. The front doors open to a residential neighborhood, and backs up to a retirement home. This apartment is located to easy access to Main Street. Walking to downtown Page is about a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and groceries is a 1 minute drive. Horseshoe Bend is a 5 minute drive. Glen Canyon Dam is 5 minutes away by car. Lake Powell, is about a 10 minute drive, to either Marina. Lone Rock Beach is approximately 15 minutes away. Walmart is a 5 minute drive. Antelope Canyon entrance is four miles away, most tour pick ups are two blocks away. The TV is a RUKU only. RUKU has many channels to watch TV. Or, you can access your own accounts, for example Netflix. There is a DVD player and a small selections of DVDs. We unfortunately do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please plan accordingly. Please read the house rules and check-out instructions. When you book with us, you agree to these rules. You may hear noise from other guests in the other 3 apartments. The other guests will hear you, and the apartment below you will hear your movements. Because of this, we do not allow more that 4 guests. You will have access to a backyard that is shared with other guests. The balcony is all yours. We rent often and love guests coming and going daily.
