All less than a half mile away. The Del Mar race track/S.D. County Fair Grounds are only 3 exits south. Down town San Diego is a 30 min drive (without traffic) or 45 minutes by train. Our home is located at the top of a steep hill so just remember that, what goes down must come back up. This is a great location to rent e-bikes to get around. Although it is ideal to have your own vehicle, Uber and Lyft are always just minutes away. There are also bike/electric bike rental providers in the area as well as public transportation such as busses and the COASTER commuter/Amtrak trains . Trash day is on Friday and the owner will enter the back yard to remove bins and place them on the street on Thursday and then return them to the back yard on Friday. If it is a week with a holiday this process will most likely be delayed by one day. Also, the gardener/outside maintenance may occur during your visit. Please be informed that if the WiFi service is interrupted for any reason whatsoever, the owner or manager will need to enter the unit to correct the issue even if you are not on the property. The WiFi is connected to both the front and back units. Either the owner or manager would notify the guests prior to entering the unit. The home is NOT equipped with an outlet that can support an electric vehicle. Extension cords are NOT to be used to charge vehicles as they cause a trip hazard.
