Welcome to our Casita By The Sea. This is a quiet and relaxing master suite with private bathroom and walk-in closet less than 1 mile to the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Features pillow top California king bed, 40" SMART TV. Central A/C. Home is in a tranquil community with pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and gym. We have a friendly and mellow Siberian Husky named Ella Roo. She will leave you alone, but she appreciates belly scratches and playing tug-of-war. This space is available to the guests on the reservation only. We do not allow guests to invite or host additional people that are not on the reservation. Additionally, the space is not suitable for travelers with young children. Guests are welcome to utilize the shared space in the kitchen as well as the dining area. If you would prefer a more private environment, you are welcome to eat in your room as well. Basic amenities have been provided including complimentary waters and snacks. We ask that while you are using the shared space that you please clean up after yourself and be courteous of others in the house, as we will be sharing the space with you. We welcome everyone and love to hear about your travels and adventures, however, if you prefer a little bit more privacy, that is fine as well. Guests are more than welcome to utilize all the shared public spaces on property (Gym, Pool, Fitness Center, Etc.). Please keep in mind that the amenities are shared by everyone in the community and are on a first-come first-serve basis. Please be courteous and respectful while using the public space and obey all community standards and rules while using. We can be social or private. The choice is yours! We work from home, are available when needed, and are happy to answer questions and offer local suggestions. Getting from place to place is very easy from our home. We are located right across from the 5 freeway which will take you North to Carlsbad in about 10 minutes, or South to down town San Diego in about 25 minutes. There is public transportation (Bus Station) across the street, or you can easily catch an Uber or Lyft if you don’t have your own vehicle. Non-smoking property. Access to full kitchen amenities shared with host. We have a Siberian Husky named Ella Roo who is very calm and friendly. She will most likely give you space but is available for belly rubs. Lint rollers provided for after-cuddle sessions.
