Accommodates up to 6 guests, has very nice big dining place. Heating system and AC are installed. Security lock installed to the entrance of Vernisaj apt. building. Vernisaj apt is 3-room separate apt (90sq.m.) in the building. Kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking. I am available to my guests on Viber/Whatsapp. I live separately nearby and pay visits to my guests upon necessity. Often invite my guest to my house for a dinner, a cup of Armenian coffee or glass of Armenian cognac. From one side of Vernisaj apt are located open air souvenir park Vernisaj, with khachkars and Republic Square with wonderful singing colorful fountains, and from the other side you can find family amusement parks for nice evening walk. All other city sightseeings are within walking distance from the apt. Within 5 min. walk from the apt the guests can get to metro station and public transportation. Free parking is available in the backyard. For motorcycles free parking is available in my personal car garage! I offer meeting at the airport and other sightseeing tours on my comfortable RAV4 and Nissan Quest minivan. The apt is equipped with everything necessary for living and preparing food.
