This cozy cabin is near Bearizona, the Grand Canyon, Route 66 and the Deer Farm. Enjoy the entire 720 square (haha it's round) foot home and property on a beautifully treed acre of forest land. Immenities include a long breezeway covered porch on which to sit or swing, while you breathe in the scent of pine, and enjoy the silence and sounds of the woods, taking in the scene around you. Our view is 180 degrees pure forest, without neighbor homes blocking, a lovely location. Peace and serenity are yours. This cabin is known to locals as the Castle, or the Roundhouse. It is two story, built with cinder blocks, completely round, because the original owner had seen a round house in Playboy magazine, and wanted to duplicate the concept. Inside, downstairs is a country retro living space and a clean, newly built kitchen. Upstairs is a queen bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor deck. In front is a beautiful covered breezeway to sit under and enjoy, all on an acre of forested land. Owner's home is attached to end of breezeway, not part of this rental agreement. Email at cat.moshos@yahoo.com Or text to 951 837-1747 No one will bother you, but you do have great, friendly neighbors on one side of you and behind you as well, who will probably shout hello or invite you to sit at their fire pit with them. Williams is two exits west on the 40 freeway from here, so is Bearizona, about 5 miles away, and at the same offramp turning north is the Grand Canyon, an hour away. Also fun is the Deer Farm on Deer Farm Road, which is your offramp to the cabin as well. Going east about 25 minutes will take you into gorgeous Flagstaff, home of NAU, and the San Francisco Peaks. From Flagstaff, going south another 30 minutes is mystical Sedona. Every property in this community called Sherwood Forest is on an acre of land. You have privacy and seclusion and a cabin of your own. There are ATV trails all around, and lakes nearby. If you want to stay and play in the forest; hike, kayak, ride, fish or shoot, this is the perfect place to book. The neighborhood is on dirt roads and there is a cinder driveway right up to the house.
