It is two story, built with cinder blocks, completely round, because the original owner had seen a round house in Playboy magazine, and wanted to duplicate the concept. Inside, downstairs is a country retro living space and a clean, newly built kitchen. Upstairs is a queen bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor deck. Williams is two exits west on the 40 freeway from here, so is Bearizona, about 5 miles away, and at the same offramp turning north is the Grand Canyon, an hour away. Also fun is the Deer Farm on Deer Farm Road, which is your offramp to the cabin as well. Going east about 25 minutes will take you into gorgeous Flagstaff, home of NAU, and the San Francisco Peaks. From Flagstaff, going south another 30 minutes is mystical Sedona. Every property in this community called Sherwood Forest is on an acre of land. You have privacy and seclusion and a cabin of your own. There are ATV trails all around, and lakes nearby. If you want to stay and play in the forest; hike, kayak, ride, fish or shoot, this is the perfect place to book. The neighborhood is on dirt roads and there is a cinder driveway right up to the house.
