You are allotted two parking spots, so you won't have to pay for parking to get to games or campus events. Apartment is on the second floor, so you don't have to hear footsteps above you, and it doesn't share a wall with anyone either! You can relax and enjoy your time in Starkville. Guests will have to everything inside of the unit, except the second closet inside of the bedroom on the left side of the unit. I'm only a call or text away at any time of the day if you have any concerns that come up. Apartment is less than a 0.5 mile from Mississippi State's campus. It's next to a gas station and across from Starkville Church of Christ. You can easily walk to Davis Wade Stadium, the Hump, or Dudy Noble Field. Mississippi State's SMART bus stops right at the front entrance of the apartment. A car is recommended if you want to go anywhere else besides campus. Neighborhood Walmart is 5-10 minutes away, as well as the Cotton District and shopping plazas. No smoking. No parties. Don't throw anything off of patio. Quiet hours 12am-6am. Guests must throw away all food and beverages. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run dishwasher before checking out. Any damaged towels or kitchenware will incur a $25 fee for replacement.
