Our home comfortably sleeps 6 adults on 3 queen beds with room for a few more on the 2 folding cots. Spend time with family around the dining table after cooking together in our extensively stocked kitchen. There's even an Ark-themed room with plenty of toys, games, and activities for the kids! All linens provided. Enjoy the experience of a farmhouse originally built in 1915 but with all the modern touches needed for a comfortable stay. Upon entering the house you'll find yourself in the family room with plenty of comfy couches to sit together and relax. Next, you'll pass by our fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for the family. You'll also find on the main floor the dining room with a large table that easily seats the whole family, the bathroom, and the master bedroom featuring 1 queen bed. The kids will have a blast when they head upstairs to explore the loft, painted as if you're sleeping on board Noah's Ark. The murals of animals will spark the imagination while children enjoy the games, toys, and other activities provided. The loft features 2 queen beds and 2 folding cots, bedding for the cots is located in the closet in the master bedroom. Watch the sunrise and set over the scenic rolling hills and the peaceful cemetery across the street. Young children should be supervised outside as we are located on a winding country road and there is no fence containing the yard. There's a washer and dryer and everything you need to do laundry available for your convenience. You'll drive through "downtown" Williamstown and in less than a minute arrive at your Kentucky. home-away-from-home. There's a spacious driveway that can comfortably accommodate 3 vehicles. You'll receive instructions to check yourself in with a key code, so you'll be free to come and go as late or as early as needed with your travel plans. We aren't typically physically onsite. We're a family-run business, a sister team, Julie and Joy, and Joy's husband Nathan who manage the day-to-day. Additionally, our parents who also help out are within 20 minutes of the farmhouse if there were a pressing need. No events, smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. We do not offer live TV; however, the television is equipped with a Chromecast which allows you to cast your personal streaming services from a phone or tablet. There is also a DVD player with a collection of educational and uplifting DVDs for children. There is heat and central AC, plus a separate window unit located in the loft to help keep it cool.
