This is a private 1 bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance, beautiful neighborhood. Everyone always says it is much bigger than what appears in the pictures. Near NIST; AstraZeneca; MedImmune; Department of Energy, Germantown; Montgomery College and Universities at Shady Grove. Near Metro, bus route and 40 minutes to BWI, Reagan and Dulles airports. 30 minutes to DC. Looking for long term guests (30 days or longer) Private entrance, very large basement turned into a living area. Bright, comfortable, everything you need for your home away from home. Separate bedroom, eating area, tv and sitting area. You'll have access to the entire basement (minus storage room) which is almost 1000 sq. ft. The entrance has a covered deck that looks into the landscaped back yard. If you are staying more than a few days, we can arrange for use of the washer/dryer which is located upstairs on the main level. You'll have as much privacy as you want. We want you to have an enjoyable stay but we won't be in your way. We are just a text away. You'll find lot's of trees, a great lake for walking or jogging, several great restaurants nearby. When you arrive, we'll provide you a list of our favorite restaurants and directions to local shopping. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk which goes directly to Metro in about 15 minutes. 5 minutes from 270 and the ICC which takes you to Interstate 95. You can take a bus from BWI airport or metro from Regan National airport. Prefer someone that is looking for a place 30 days or longer but will consider shorter stays. Please message me if you want a shorter stay and we can discuss. It's a great space. In the past we have rented as a long term space and the tenants have loved living here. Parking is in front of the house and it is well lit to your entrance. If you are staying for the long term, cleaning service is not included. It can be provided at an additional fee that is separate from your airbnb fee. Cleaning products will be provided if you are the DIY type!
