Guests have access to the entire home which includes basic house wares, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Please bring your own food and drinks and discard or take them after your stay. The BBQ area is covered and features a cozy custom built-in seating area! A great spot to grill & chill with more views. There is also a writing/working desk in the house for any remote working needs-just hop on the guest WiFi! The shed at the bottom of the property is not for guest use. Guests can enjoy the entire house with the exception of the shed at the bottom of the property. I'm available for any questions you may have! Very quiet and tranquil neighborhood with a feeling of privacy amidst the pines. Elk, deer and javalina are very common to see, sometimes passing right below our deck! There are some great shops and dining options in town including Old County Inn, Pinewood Tavern and 'That Brewery'. Enjoy! Besides the Pine Trailhead minutes away, other attractions include the Tonto Natural Bridge, Fossil Creek (Bob Bear Trail), electric bike rentals and more. Moxy Pines is a mile or less walking to Ponderosa Market for food shopping, Provisions deli, Pinewood Tavern, OCC, and more. Walk, bike, drive whatever you prefer! Directions: From 87 N (aka 260) as you enter Pine: * Left on Old County Rd (By Restaurant) * Right on South Rd * Right on Hillside Rd to home on the right Recommended that guests bring SUV/Truck/4WD as Hillside Rd. is unpaved and can be a bit bumpy and steep. Of course, pay heed to local weather conditions such as snow, heavy rain which could impact access to the property.
