There are three nice sized bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main house with great open floor feeling and indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen can support cooking meals for 8 guests. The indoor bar area is great for entertaining, having a drink, or just relaxing and watching a game. Sit on the deck and get some sun or pull under the patio roof and do some reading with your favorite book. The best part of the house is how close it is to everything. Beaches and shopping are within a 5 min. walk from the house, with free beach toys included with the houses. There is site seeing landmarks, golfing, shopping, restaurants, snorkeling, diving spots, ocean hiking trails all within 2-3 miles of the house. Kauai's south shore in poipu is how you want to experience your Hawaii vacation. You have access to the entire house and beach gear. The area is great for taking a morning and evening walk or run to start your day. There are two resorts within 5 min. from the neighborhood entrance, if you want to enjoy a cocktail by the pool or ocean. There is plenty of parking on the property with a three car garage and two spots under the car port area. Many people rent a car and can drive anywhere in poipu within 5-10 min. You can also walk to shopping centers or the beaches. There are bus stops within half a mile if you'd like to use the public transportation.
