Located at the gateway of Waikiki, Honolulu, 10-minute walk to the beach and a few steps to the beautiful Ala Wai Canal, this fully furnished apartment with pool view, can accommodate up to 6 or 7 travelers. It's family and kid-friendly and includes a full-sized FREE PARKING. This is a legal short-term rental apartment. Price is before tax, and comes with a free full-sized parking spot (see notes for parking below). Free high-speed internet. Excellent walking convenience to everywhere in Waikiki! Enjoy a private lanai with the city and Ala Wai canal views. The master bedroom has one king bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. There is also a queen-airbed, and a single futon. Both bedrooms are provided a portable AC, a closet, and a makeup table and chair which could be used as a laptop-friendly workstation connected with a power strip and USB charger port. The living room has a sofa and dining corner; the Samsung smart TV is connected to high-speed internet WIFI. There is a baby crib, a high chair for toddler, and beach toys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware and dishes ready for your ultimate convenience. There are beach chairs, a beach tent, plenty of bath & beach towels, and even silk bathrobes!, beach mats, boogie boards, linens, iron/iron board, hairdryer, and other bath amenities. A surfboard will be provided upon guest request in advance. Free daily coffee, tea, and basic cooking ingredients. Board games, books, and toys for children, and more! The laundry room is next to the elevator on each floor. It costs $3.50 per wash & $3.50 per dry. Detergent is provided free in the unit. The washer & dryer operate by credit card or app. There is a bigger laundry room in the basement of the building. The Laundromat at the 7-Eleven store next door is an alternative. NO SMOKING/ NO PET Guests have access to Aloha Royal's swimming pool and BBQ area with tables and chairs. There are two snack and drink vending machines and a restroom in the lobby. There is an entrance on Ala Wai Blvd accessible for people who may be challenged by stairs. The McCully entrance has eleven steps. The building and apartment access is 100% secured; there is a building manager and security officers on site. A key FOB works for all entrances and elevators. There is a $250 replacement fee for key loss. Guests will be provided self-check-in with lockbox instructions before arrival. Waikiki offers so many things for island lovers with an exciting and relaxing life which is the reason why we chose it for our residence and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. It is adjacent to the Ala Wai canal; a 2-minute-walk to the bus stop; and convenient to a 7-Eleven, the Food Pantry Supermarket, Fort DeRussy park, Army Museum, the International Market, McDonalds, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Hawaii Convention Center, the massive Ala Moana Shopping Center. Most notably the fabulous Waikiki beaches, and a huge variety of restaurants and stores in Waikiki, all within walking distance from this unit. The location will give you the best of all worlds. For those driving, 1 free full-size parking is provided (see additional note on "Parking and Transportation" above. For those not driving, Lyft, Uber and cabs are usually available within a minute. The building is a 2-minute walking distance to the Bus Stop. Honolulu has excellent public transportation (The Bus) that can take you all over the island, or the Waikiki Trolley if you just want to explore Waikiki. Guests are provided complimentary travel guidebooks in the unit. Car, bicycle, moped, and motorcycle rentals are in multiple locations within a few minutes of walking. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION Parking is tough & expensive in Waikiki. Guests staying in our apartment have no hassle with parking because we provide a FREE 24hr secured parking stall located in a building across the street from our building. If you book a place without parking for your vehicle, you’d pay $40-$50 per day at a hotel nearby, if available. For those not driving, Lyft, Uber and cabs are usually available within minutes. The building is 2-minute walking distance to Bus Stop. Honolulu has excellent public transportation (The Bus) that can take you all over the island, or the Waikiki Trolley if you just want to explore Waikiki. Car, bicycle, moped, and motorcycle rentals are in multiple locations within a few minutes of walking. CLEANING/BEDDING: For guests' health safety, this condo strictly follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol. It is cleaned with disinfection 24 hrs before guests check in. Hand sanitation is provided. All linens including bedding set (fitted sheet, bed sheet, duvet, pillow shams) are replaced and washed every time after guests check out. LOCATION The building is located next to an intersection. You will hear traffic noise. This is Waikiki center of tourists, a busy city with full of life. Please do not expect quiet like in the countryside! Light sleepers may bring earplugs. All rooms have louvered windows covered with 3-layer darkening curtains. This is an old but well-maintained building with 24/7 security staff on site. The apartment was renovated in 2023. In addition, cancellation during the stay, due to any external reasons which are not caused by the owner and the unit itself, will not get refund.
