From our lanai, you can relax and watch the ocean. You can gaze upon the Island of Molokai, delight in the whales as they jumped and played in the water (during whale season), gape at the wind surfers as they do their flips and tricks, spot turtles in the water or up on the beach, and take in one of Maui's many rainbows or stunning sunsets. At night I love to sit out on the lanai and listen to the waves or depending on my mood, I may prefer to enjoy some Hawaiian music from our great NHT speakers. Our nights are surreal on Maui, from the gorgeous sunsets to the beautiful starlit skies. From our lanai, you can see it all. After you enjoy another gorgeous sunset, you can look out to the distance lights on Molokai, look up to the Big Dipper and relax to the crashing waves as they shimmer in the moonlight. Our hope is that when you stay in our condo, you will enjoy all the beauty and peace that surrounds you and after you venture out to enjoy many of Maui’s treasures, you’ll be able to return to a place that’s inviting and has all the conveniences of home. Some people may only be able to come to Maui once in their lifetime and we want to do all that we can to ensure a wonderful experience. ALL WELCOME Access to the entire condo and full access to the resort *Our beach experiences changes from directional currents which can affect the size and appearance of our beach. South swells carry sand back to our beach, while North swells carry most of our sand south narrowing our beach. During these times, we may have to close access to the beach from our property due to high water levels. Historically, this will usually be the case in the winter months and rarely in the summer. If our access is closed, you can get to our beach from the park at the end of our block or neighboring property. We have several world-class beaches just a short 5–15-minute drive north and south of us. Each is unique and provides a variety of activities from snorkeling to bodysurfing to beach strolling. I've compiled a book in the condo describing the different beaches so you can choose based on what you are wanting to do (Ie snorkel, swim, walk, body surf etc). This information book also contains a description and list of our favorite restaurants in the area, nearby hikes and other activities. My guests find this very helpful! I am available by email, text or phone 24/7. I also have an emergency on-island contact. I love our location; we have a slice of heaven here. We are in West Maui, nestled in a quiet oceanfront neighborhood between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We are in walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive into Kaanapali for great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. We have some of the world’s most majestic golf courses within a 5-10mins drive. We have access to some great hiking as well, including the beautiful Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Walking Trails and for a more challenging hike, the Waihee Ridge Trial. We have a seasonal semi private beach in front of us and many spectacular famed beaches (some best for snorkeling and swimming, while others are best for body surfing, people watching or strolling) within a 5-10 drive north and south. We choose the beach based on conditions of the day and what we want to do. I have a list in my condo of the beaches and descriptions and can provide a link to daily beach conditions. You can rent a car, take the bus, taxi or uber. But I recommend renting a car Hawaii Taxes GET 4.166%, TAT 10.25% and Maui county TAT 3%, included in your price quote. $15 parking fee paid directly to resort.
