Our second floor deluxe vacation condo is beautifully furnished and upgraded to be one of the finest resort class condos at Kaanapali Royal. Only a few steps up from the parking lot, our large two bedroom, two bath condo features amazing sunset and golf course views from the house and the extensive lanai. We are a registered short term rental and remit TAT and GET taxes to Maui County. Our registration number is TA-188-073-1648-01 and GE-188-073-1648-01 The 1500+ SF single level condo has 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. King size bed in one and Cal King in the other along with 2 euro loungers that fold down to full size comfortable beds in the living room. The views from the living area and master look out over the extensive lanai to the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali golf course and Whalers Village, with gorgeous sunset views. We are a 10 min walk to Kaanapali beach. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops, new appliances and fully equipped for cooking. No need to worry about finding a laundry mat, the condo features a convenient washer and dryer. There is a fabulous pool/spa area in the complex with plenty of room to sunbathe and hang out or spend some time on the onsite tennis courts! The location couldn't be better and the condo has received many 5-star reviews. Pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ area, tennis and pickle ball courts all on the property. Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village a short walk away. Parking/resort fee is a flat fee of $154 paid to the office, no matter how many days are booked. Please note there is a one car maximum! Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses can't be beat!! We respond to email and text within the hour and calls immediately. We have an on island manager to respond to any problems encountered. Easy beach access, great place to walk. Lots of local restaurants, shopping, and close to everything! Our view from the condo and lanai is simply amazing and we have fabulous sunset views. There's so much to do in Kaanapali and the golf opportunities are extensive. There is a free Kaanapali trolley that runs from Whalers to all the beach hotels and the stores at the Fairway Shops. We provide beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs but NO snorkeling gear or boogie boards. These can easily be rented locally. Our complex is quiet and relaxed. No loud party groups will be tolerated and there is a security presence 24 hrs/day. There is a 17.92% tax on vacation property stays in Hawaii. This amount has been added into the nightly rate. AirBNB does not have the capability to display this amount separately. There is a Resort/Parking fee of $154 paid directly to the office upon arrival. Only one car can be brought onto the property per unit.
