The house as a well equipped kitchen and refrigerator, gas cooker, washing machine, one of three bedrooms is ensuite, the other two shares a large bathroom all bathrooms are equipped with water heaters with Smart Electric showers. Two extra large water tank to serve the house. Fence wall is equipped with electric wiring for extra added security. A concierge lives off site and not in the main building. He provides help and support. He does not enter the main building without guests invitation. He will attend to emergency situations and keep the compound clean and looks after the property. The house is powered by electricity. Unfortunately, bad weather and general power outage do affect the power availability. This doesn’t happen often and typically the power is restored between 1-2 hours. In this, unforeseen situation, the house is equipped with flashlights. Both inside the house and compound are very spacious with good quality designed for comfort and relaxation for travelers to enjoy a well deserved break. The bedrooms have queen size beds which easily take maximum of six people; bathrooms have secured glass panels. All rooms, including dining and living room have air conditions. We provide a space to suit everyone. The property is equipped with wireless internet access and 65-inch smart TV. Browse Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and YouTube and everything you need to feel right at home. Uber and taxis are easily accessible in the area. Guests are welcome to utilize all the space mentioned. The home is in a quiet and safe residential area. Car service is available to and from the airport and for your overall stay can be arranged on request. Security: There are security cameras located around the parameter of the compound. We have an electricity security fence. We have Security guard for 12hrs at night. These measures are there to ensure the safety of our guests. Roads: Please be aware that most roads in Accra are uncoded and due to rain and other road activities beyond our control they can be bad or a main road is no exception. Please understand we are close proximity to open fields The property is equipped with 24hr security service; There is plenty of parking in the compound of the property. We Provide 400ghs a week for Power as the Power in Ghana is Pre-Paid…400ghs is more than enough on a weekly basis so unfortunately if that runs out, Guest will have to Top Up. Regarding Internet we provide 600ghs which should last up to Two Weeks…If this runs out during Stay, Guest will have to Pay top up…Thank You Lastly, we provide a Full Tank of Gas for the Gas Stove prior to Guest arrival…Once that runs out, the Guest will have to Top it up…Thank You.
