The fireplaces are decorative only and you should not attempt to light a fire in them. The bathroom is suitable for families, with both a bath and shower. GUEST ACCESS There is no parking directly outside the home, however, free parking on the streets surrounding Grafton Terrace is always available. The property is situated in the historic hills of Torquay harbour on a steep hill, and although it is only 5 minutes down the road to town, the journey back is harder going. Taxis at the bottom of the road are more than happy to drop you back for a small fee. However, the elevated position of this renovated Victorian property in the heart of old Torquay affords a peaceful stay and wonderful views across to Dartmoor.
