There is ample seating on the outdoor porch with seating for 12 at 3 different tables and a backyard grill. 2 acres of the backyard are fenced. The home has high-speed internet and 70 channels on the TV. Ceiling fans throughout the home. The garage is locked and not usable by guests but we have lots of space and a large driveway available for parking. Cloudcroft, Ruidoso, & White Sands close enough for easy day trips. The entire home is yours to enjoy with the exception of the garage. We keep our things stored there and is not available for guest use. There is plenty of room for parking on the property for 4 vehicles. The home is close to shopping with Walmart and Albertson's only 2 miles from the home. Downtown Alamogordo is close as well. The home sits on 5 acres with 2 acres being fenced. You are in the middle of town very close to the desert lakes golf course yet you feel like you are on your own little desert oasis. There are very nice views of the Sacramento Mountains from the front of the home including the snowcapped Sierra Blanca that is easy to see all the way in Ruidoso from the front porch. You also have a view on clear days from the back porch of the White Sands. High-speed cable internet is provided. We also provide Sling TV via streaming on a Roku TV. Do to some recent issues; Outdoor Security Cameras are in use at the home and MUST not be messed with. If the security cameras are turned off or turned away then you will automatically lose your deposit and be asked to leave. Guest Counts MUST be accurate. If guest counts are not accurate and more people are seen on the security cameras staying at the home than what you have confirmed with your reservation you will automatically lose your deposit and be asked to leave. NO Pets are allowed. If you bring a pet you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave. If there is evidence you smoked inside the home you lose your deposit.
