We are a quiet property located right on the Colorado River, within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment has spectacular, unobstructed views of the Colorado River, is comfortable and cozy and is equipped with nice linens, all cookware and dishes. We provide everything you need to ensure a comfortable long or short term stay. The apartment looks directly over the river and has direct river access. We have onsite guest laundry room (coin op) and community BBQ area. The dock is a common area for guest and tenant use only. The dock is on a first requested basis for watercraft. Current registration and insurance must be provided along with a use form prior to use for watercraft. Launch ramp is NOT available for launching but public ramp is a short distance away. I have on site management so if there is anything you need during your stay, just let us know. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. 4 miles to the Laughlin bridge if you are coming for an event but are looking to avoid the casinos we are the perfect location. Located a 10 minute drive to Lake Mohave. Since we are a multifamily/extended stay property we do have other units available if you are looking to accommodate a larger group or family members.
